FAQ
Q #1. How do I book a reservation?
A. You can Click on the BOOK NOW button below and it will take you to our booking page! We do require payment in order to get your booking on the calendar. Once you get to the booking page select the appropriate session you wish to have. Payment does includes Tax. Keep in mind that we will be closed on Mondays & Tuesdays this season for field maintenance!

Q #2. Can I bring my dog with me?
A. We do allow dogs as long as they are leashed while walking with their family through the fields. They can be unleashed for photos if they are well behaved, we want to keep our fields looking nice for everyone to enjoy! Owners must have good etiquette and pick up after their pups!

Q #3. What can we expect when we arrive?
A. We will greet you at our little white flower cabin and talk with you about our flower farm briefly. If you are here for u-pick we will hand you clippers and a container for your flowers. If you are here for photos your photographer will greet you and guide your adventure into the fields! We only book two photographers at a time so that there is plenty of space and it is a relaxing experience for both families and photographers!

Q #4. Can we take pictures during u-pick?
A. Absolutely! You are welcome to snap some shots while here with family picking flowers.
That is part of the fun and preserving memories! However, professional
photographers and individuals doing a photoshoot must book a 1 hour session!

Q #5. Are Photographers provided?
A. We DO NOT provide photographers. You will need to contact your own personal photographer to come and shoot photos at your session! If you are an individual (without a photographer) and would like to book a one hour session, you are welcome to check out our special photography Mini Session event's!
Q#6 What is the Weather Policy on Bookings?
A. If it is raining at our location when you come to the flower farm,
we are happy to reschedule! We will get you another date and time booked at no further cost to you! We do not reschedule for a chance of rain, the weather changes too frequently as we all know
and there are many times that the weather is gorgeous and the news predicts the
weather incorrectly quite often! Please note that summers are hot and humid here and we do not reschedule for heat. Most bookings are in the evening hours when the temperatures are more bearable and the sun is going down.
Q #7 What is your Reschedule & Refund Policy for Bookings?
A. We ask for clients & photographers to keep to their originally scheduled date/time.
We try to be flexible when there are family emergencies as we understand things happen. However, if we allow customers to reschedule we end up missing out on bookings and an empty spot on the calendar especially during the sunset hours. Bookings are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part or we have to cancel your booking.
